By downloading, accessing, or using Joishi, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the application immediately. These Terms govern your use of the Joishi mobile application, website, and all related services provided by Joishi.

Joishi is a comprehensive multilingual AD & BS calendar platform providing the following services:

• Nepali (Bikram Sambat / BS) and Gregorian (AD) Calendar
• AD ↔ BS date conversion
• Nepali and international festival information
• Panchang (daily almanac: tithi, nakshatra, sunrise/sunset)
• Saait / Muhurat (auspicious timing) and Barabela information
• Live gold, silver, and foreign-exchange (forex) rates
• Personal event management and reminder tools
• Dark and light mode interface
• Personalized user accounts
• Multilingual content in English, Nepali (नेपाली), Sanskrit (संस्कृत), and Hindi (हिन्दी)

Joishi serves Nepali communities in Nepal and worldwide, as well as all users of BS and AD calendars globally. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Certain features of Joishi require registration using a valid email address. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account access
• Notify Joishi immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account

Joishi may require email verification to activate or protect your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate or misleading information.

Users agree to use Joishi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to Joishi systems, accounts, or infrastructure
• Disrupt, interfere with, or degrade the functionality of the application
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity
• Misuse, abuse, or exploit platform services
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute proprietary content without written permission
• Use the platform in any way that infringes the rights of others

All rights, title, and interest in Joishi and its content are the exclusive property of Joishi or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Software and source code
• Design elements, logos, and graphics
• Text, calendar data, and calculations
• Databases, documentation, and compiled information

No content may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or reproduced without prior written permission from Joishi. Unauthorized use of Joishi's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

Joishi provides calendar, date-conversion, Panchang, festival, Saait (auspicious timing), Barabela, and market-rate content for informational, educational, and cultural purposes only. Information provided through Joishi:

• Is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice
• Should not replace consultation with qualified professionals
• Is provided for cultural and informational value
• May vary based on traditional or regional interpretation differences

Gold, silver, and foreign-exchange rates are sourced from third parties and are provided for general information only. Rates may be delayed or inaccurate and should not be relied upon for trading or financial decisions; verify with an authorized dealer or financial institution before acting.

Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information provided through the platform. Joishi expressly disclaims liability for any outcomes resulting from reliance on calendar content.

While we strive to provide accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information, Joishi does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of its services. Services may occasionally experience interruptions, maintenance periods, updates, or inaccuracies. We will endeavor to notify users of significant planned interruptions where possible.

Joishi may utilize third-party services to support application functionality. We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or availability of third-party websites, services, or products. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party services they use in connection with Joishi.

If premium features, subscriptions, or paid services are offered, the following conditions apply:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed before any purchase is made
• Payments will be processed through authorized and secure payment providers
• Subscription renewals may occur automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date
• Refund requests will be governed by the applicable app store policies (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

Joishi reserves the right to modify pricing for premium services at any time with reasonable notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joishi shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, outages, or data loss
• Decisions made based on calendar, or other platform information
• Third-party actions or failures

Use of Joishi is entirely at your own risk. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to Joishi if a user:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Engages in unlawful activity using the platform
• Compromises platform security or infrastructure
• Misuses, abuses, or exploits the service

Upon termination, your right to access and use Joishi will cease immediately. We reserve the right to remove associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted within the application and/or on our website. Your continued use of Joishi after any revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review these Terms periodically.
